Members who were inducted via the Professional Examination route can apply for their transcript by submitting the required documents listed below:
- Application letter requesting for the transcript, the content of the letter will include the address where you want the letter to be sent to.
- Evidence from the school/organization requesting for the transcript.
- A copy of your CIPM admission letter.
- Copies of your CIPM results (for 2009 and earlier).
- Pay all outstanding dues to date.
- A copy of CIPM Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management/Certificate in Human Resource Management.
- Evidence of courier and admin charge-See table below for fees.
