The "Human Resource Practitioner Licence (HRPL)" is an instrument through which the Institute confers on deserving HR professionals found worthy in knowledge and practice, the authority to practise the trade within a defined validity period according to the established codes and competence.

Licenced practitioners have a page in their portal where they are expected to keep a log of relevant experiences, professional development and job-related activities that could be captured as credit earning and submitted for the Administrator’s review, who in turn would accept, give the requisite credit and record the credit point.
Please note:

  • •      Hard copy evidence of such relevant activities is to be uploaded for review by the Administrator.
  • •      Upon review, an auto response would be sent to your email with the outcome.
  • •      After earning the required minimum credit points, we would send a notification on how to pay the renewal fee and obtain the renewed Licence. However, if you do not have the required credit points, we would advice you on what next to do
